Dr. Lucas Winebaugh
Dr. Lucas Winebaugh is originally from Rochelle, IL. He graduated from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville as a Meridian Scholar. Dr. Winebaugh has a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, paired with a Chemistry minor with a biomedical focus. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. After attaining his DMD, Dr. Winebaugh completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at SIU where he learned how to treat complex dental cases in a comprehensive manner.
Once completing his AEGD residency, Dr. Winebaugh completed one of only thirteen Implant Fellowship programs in the nation at SIU. During his Implant Fellowship, he devoted his time to hard and soft tissue reconstruction, planning, surgically placing, and restoring implant cases, both simple and complex. Following the completion of his Implant Fellowship, Dr. Winebaugh joined Park Place Dental Group.
In his free time, Dr. Winebaugh enjoys being with his family and playing with his Australian Shepherd, Ody. He enjoys watching movies, reading books, and golfing.
Dr. Winebaugh’s mission is to provide all patients with the best possible dental care in the most relaxing environment. He strives to provide personalized and compassionate treatment for everyone, while making sure he is at the leading edge of dental techniques and technology.
Dr. Winebaugh is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the St. Clair District Dental Society.
